Are You Ready To Do Health Coaching?

To find out if you're a good candidate for health coaching, simply answer the following questions by checking the box if your answer is yes. You'll get a response instantly after you hit the Submit button below.

  1. Do you frequently lack energy to go about your daily life?
  2. Do you suffer from depression or mood swings?
  3. Do you often experience a mid-afternoon dip in energy that causes you to reach for foods or drinks with caffeine and/or sugar?
  4. Do you have dark circles and/or puffiness under your eyes?
  5. Do you often wake up in the morning feeling tired?
  6. Do drink coffee and/or black tea in the mornings to get you going?
  7. Do you drink more than two 8-oz. cups of coffee or black tea per day?
  8. Have you been diagnosed with or told that you have prediabetes, hypoglycemia, Syndrome X, or diabetes?
  9. Have you been diagnosed with or suspect that you have Candida Albicans aka Systemic Yeast?

  12. Do you sometimes skip breakfast or do you eat either dry cereal with milk, sweet muffin, white English muffin, white toast, or white bagel?
  13. Do you eat meat and/or dairy at meals at least two times each day?
  14. Despite your best intentions to exercise regularly, do you find it difficult to develop an ongoing exercise program?
  15. Do you smoke now or have you smoked a least one-half pack of cigarettes per day in the recent past?
  16. Do you have belly fat, even a little?
  17. Have you been told that your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 25 or higher?
