She has been quoted at length in Charlotte Woman magazine and has written articles for Arthritis Outreach, a publication of Arthritis Services.

Personal Background

Robin's appreciation for vibrant health was shaped by childhood circumstances. When she was 5 years old, her father Harold survived an auto collision that left him a wheelchair-bound paraplegic for the remainder of his 23 years. Because he returned to live at home with his family, Robin witnessed her father's heroic struggles to live a meaningful life despite his physical handicap.

In her young adult years, Robin developed a sugar addiction that led to candida albicans (systemic yeast), hypoglycemia, and adrenal fatigue. Although it was a difficult time, Robin healed with the support of health practitioners and through her own research. The experience changed her life forever. From that time forward, Robin became an advocate for empowered, healthy living, leading to her decision to become a health coach.
